I also like to set the record straight. Many here know that I am a long time investor in NTEK since 2013. The best advice I’ve stated here is to do as much dd possible and go directly to the source.
On April 20th I notice that a new filing was made on April 19th by Long Side.
I immediately sent an email to IR with some questions....
According to a filing made to the courts yesterday April 19th, it seems that the lawsuit not only continues but it looks like R&T Sports Marketing Inc. has join forces.
According to the NTEK conference call on March 30th a three way conference call was made to Long Side and this issue was to be finalized with the partial payment through the BP Funding Partners that was supposedly finalized as well.
Can you please elaborate as to what is going on.
I feel an immediately SHL should be sent out notifying the SH as to what is going on.
