I would contest his intention as well if there was no evidence to back up his claim. He backed up his claim very clearly for everyone to see, so for that, I thank him for bringing this relevant information to the board's attention. Even though it is something I wish we were not still dealing with, I appreciate the information. As an investor, I want to know as MUCH information as I can, not just the good stuff.
