but what I meant above was, at what point will other events trigger a CE if a company is not otc current classification
or what other events will be considered a promo even if there is no paid company promo,bc a lot of penny companies are not aware of these rules and then find themselves slapped with a CE.
That's one of the reasons I wrote a recent post,to alert the company of such scenarios that could arise if NNLX was not otc current classification.
