I didn't state that it was $3 - $5k. I was replying to the person that said it was. If you read their 10-K (Ticker: OTCM) you'll see that it's a premium service they offer to qualifying companies. It is not mandatory for all companies. If it were mandatory, Nanologix wouldn't be listed on their exchange, obviously.
