imo if the selling was such .. NR wouldn't have been forced to *raise* the legal short from approx 850k to 1.2M and change in 2017 .. after mgmt did their upside surprise of June 2017 .. realize that in 2015 .. legal was approx (this is from memory so it is always possible i'm off) 1.2M - 1.3M .. it took NR *imo* 2 years to get that back down .. to approx 850k

since then .. there are 2 very clear realities .. actual overall *volume* on IPIX has decreased .. and daily reg sho %s have increased

and days like today are interesting for what they reveal imo
