topic as noted numerous times is *divisive* .. but bottom line as i've noted since i first publicly posted about IPIX (fka CTIX) in 2015 .. NR has been *desperate* since the handoff re: cycles of money in play .. *failed* .. from the last significant *imo* illegally orchestrated *take up* @ the EO (end of) 2014 (smidge below $5.00) .. and the subsequent months it took for the coordinated attack of the mid to late summer 2015 .. which an aware *mgmt* refuted aggressively .. literally minimizing NRs' *efforts* via their usual playbook
since then NR has watched their *version* of liquidity .. dry up .. which creates its own issues
at this stage .. imo there is very little NR can do to part actual investors from their shares .. but the MO in play since early 2015 .. remains .. relentlessly compress the PPS .. with notably fewer and fewer *orchestrated* take ups ..
