Yes, you are correct but I think they are following a chain of events. You want to advertise before rolling out a new product but you don't want to advertise with caveat emptor attached to your stock. So get caveat emptor removed first and foremost, advertise THEN rollout UF 3.0 and additional content. Just my opinion.
