the impact upon reality has to do with the focus and intensity of thought; which if great enough leads to action, ...which creates results if passion is great enough.
Even talk creates a ripple effect, as it may fire the imagination and passion of others.

Strangely enough similar ideas pop up around the world in different locations on the same timeline. That seems to indicate a form of entanglement among like minded people.

Desired results can be generations in the making. Though change is always occurring, the rate of change is affected by man.
Clear focused thought seeking the ideal via the imagination is our best chance of creating a better outcome, imo
