I'm not sure why they would be suppressing the price. They make money on volume, right? So, they're going to price the stock at wherever they think they can generate the most volume, I think. I don't doubt that there seems to be a bit of weirdness here, and in many stocks, but why would they manipulate to their own detriments?

Maybe large-scale clients can demand certain share price at certain times?
