MM games at the worst. Yesterday I placed a small order for a little over 15k shares to feel out what was goung on. BID at the time was .0122 and Ask .0123. I ordered at .0124....not fill. Upped to .0125....no fill. Upped to .0126...no fill. Then upped to .0127 then .0128 and finally filled at .0127. The whole time the ask was at .0123 with no inactivity. Kinda makes you wonder why the MM's are suppressing the price.
