after researching posts on this board during that oct 2016 time period the major subject of conversation was the las vegas n-assay unveiling- mits mentions publication 10-30-16 but pps falling by then- lot of discussion re pps manipulation by shorters and mm's -and the magnitude of that manipulation was sanctioned and made possible by unlawful political directives to destroy these low pps penny companies -such that many longs exited the penny market so pps was no longer reflecting real world progress. I/ve already detailed at various times how and why that excessive manipulation can be stopped.

Publication happens today.

The feeling from people at the conference is that this is just the technology we need to fight antibiotic resistance.
