so there's nothing in the updates to explain the pps jump from 8 to 21c Oct 19 to 25,2016. Further elucidation if any might be obtained by researching the posts during that time- i remember thinking, why is this going up so much at the time-it seemed out of line compared to NNLX pps history and updates.

it cant be bc faro was going to make a presentation and pps rise didnt start til 13 days after that notice! so the reason remains a mystery.
