I dare to say what Mark said during a recently broadcast "Uptick News" interview bears more weight than what he told one individual with the information he had at that time. Such as not knowing about the CA judge's decision on SA. When Mark went public with that timeframe, it would have only been with the permission of the parties involved and our lawyers. The man does not shoot from the hip! He would have rehersed and had reviewed his answers to the reporter's questions well ahead of the time of the interview. Good CEOs do such things to present the most professional face to the listening public as possible. IMHO Mark is a good CEO and was fully prepared to answer the questions.
