Mark told me at the shareholders' meeting 2 years ago that he expected to sell the company within about 9 months. He didn't and I'm still here.
It's a tough racket to expect the CEO of a tiny company to adhere to hoped-for timelines. I'm sure at the time of the Uptick interview things seemed a certain way, but things can change.
He'll either do a PR in that time frame or he won't, but either way it won't materially change anything.
