8th, you know I am an Executive Chef Emeritus! You know I am a Chef Instuctor for a Culinary College! More and More I hear students talking about vegan/ vegetable burgers and there is some true interest in the use of plant based proteins. I think what you have said about the future of food production shifting to plant based sources is dead on point!
