dw, I follow the weather in Cal, due to RIBT dependant on rice grown there. The Central part of the state, Fresnot through Oroville did OK compared to last year. But north of there the largest and 3rd largest reservors are and they had a deficit of 12 inches of rain so far this rain season. That is massive, but the reserviors have plenty of wather compared to 3 years ago. I don't see a majorproblem, but the media has a way of making probelms out of nothing
