i could understand the incessant whining and hand wringing and the kitchen sink of litanies tossed out regularly .. *if* .. the K had been filed with an NT in front of it
and the MA was a piece of crap .. it isn't .. it shows *give* *imo* on both sides and the K was filed on time .. which means that bill was paid to the audit firm (one of P2O's largest expenses currently imo) for that one time filing ..
by my calcs .. JA has now advanced about $700k~
it is quite possible due to either (or both) of those sites noted in last PR that i just highlighted .. i certainly wouldn't rule it out
that said .. just once i would like to see P2O mgmt issue an Update that is timed to a set of *fins* (misnomer that that currently is) filed ..
maybe we see an Update in the next couple of weeks

It's funny that the naysayers never acknowledge the strange occurrence of CEO, board members and a service provider loaning $ to the company to get this done in the very recent past (Feb 2018 is the last loan as I recall it). Seems unlikely they would be doing this if we didn't have the goods. The old and well-proven adage of "follow the $" comes to mind.
