I wonder if they had been granted patents at this point, they'd have been more aggressive in seeking out an agreement...don't know about that...but do see quite a bit of language protecting PTOI's rights, trade secrets, etc in the master plan with Veridisyn. Seems to me on while patents are on the fence...putting the machines into the field might get dicey relative to those issues.

Regardless...everyone needs to take a damn pill and wait until this thing produces or goes belly-up before everyone's britches get all hung up.
