Dark Reporting as well as an anemic, inbred BOD is the MO here. Relationships with "tainted" firms or individuals that go south or never come to fruition. Even General Counsel that has been suspended by NV.
And you knew all of this, or should have, when you bought your shares. So obviously until the time you decided to co-opt the BOD, you were fine with the situation. And when your one man palace coup failed you became a monster. Too bad, sooo sad. With you penny traders its always someone else who has caused your problems.
I am sure any significant funds from the JnJ suit, IF BERMAN BELIEVES there is a REAL opportunity for DECN, will be used to take the company private and screw the shareholders at these extremely low SP's.
