Dark Reporting as well as an anemic, inbred BOD is the MO here. Relationships with "tainted" firms or individuals that go south or never come to fruition. Even General Counsel that has been suspended by NV.
I am sure any significant funds from the JnJ suit, IF BERMAN BELIEVES there is a REAL opportunity for DECN, will be used to take the company private and screw the shareholders at these extremely low SP's.
SP is the ONLY verifiable metric available at this time to measure DECN and its performance or lack thereof.
Just as there may be paid "bashers," there may be paid "promoters" as well .... Buyer Beware!
