Hopefully he has an ongoing dialogue with the SEC and that possibility is throwing a monkey wrench into the choices NR might take otherwise. Rosen was one of several that surfaced recently in filing a class action against OSTK. Looking forward to watching that war play out. The dirty tricks NR utilize to try and prevent losses to themselves are easily identified if you are on the lookout for them. Having Sullivan in our corner was a brilliant move by IPIX management IMHO. Go IPIX!!!
