presuming that was tongue in cheek .. 
NR fought like hell *imo* to do everything to get *retail* investors to sell IPIX shares over the past year .. and have failed *imo* rather spectacularly
NR has relentlessly compressed IPIX's PPS .. but have done so *imo* at a cost to them .. which is why *volume* avgs have gone down .. and it was getting pretty obvious/telling .. just one of the reasons why IPIX *saw volume* back in February
(also set up *imo* for the 52 week low to be reset from May 2017's 63c)
now it's a waiting game and imo based on %s' marked since 2.22.18 .. NR is on their knees praying for a miracle
