Sox: Since I sold real estate for 40 years let me use that as an example of being told the truth. Today, all sellers are required to complete extensive disclosure forms and most buyers have inspections done by professionals prior to closing. Years ago, that was not the case and it was buyer beware. Some Realtors operated differently than I chose to do. I believed in pointing out any flaw or issue that the property being viewed had and I would further suggest they have inspections done as well before it became common practice. I went on to inform the buyer that I had pointed out the flaws that I was aware of but there could be others that I was not aware of. I wanted the buyer to have as few surprises as possible after he owned the property if he chose to buy it.
You are much more knowledgeable about the science that I am and I would hope that if you were aware of a problem with the science you would share that with those that had less knowledge and insight into the science.
I believe in a previous post you stated you would not have bought shares of this stock if you knew it was being naked shorted. No doubt some other investors may feel the same way and are staying away because of it but by the same token others, like me, are investing in the stock because it is being naked shorted. We are trusting that since management has demonstrated it is savvy as to what is going on and since the science appears to be great the company will be successful in turning the tables on the shorts, uplist which will then attract institutional investors. That being said, the shorts IMHO will not disappear but will try and short the stock down from its new highs. To those that don't expect it that won't be fun and that is why it is so important for all of us to demand an end to naked shorting just as was done in Europe. Go IPIX!!!
