Just a WAG but I have the feeling that Leo has a deal for B on the table that is decent but he is trying to negotiate upward. He is waiting on the P results. If the P results are good he will continue to negotiate an improved B deal as he negotiates from a position of strength. If the P results are not as good as expected he will pull the trigger on the B deal that is waiting for his signature to stop any further dilution. The volume has been low the past couple of weeks which tells me Leo is minimizing cash outlays and not releasing stock to Aspire to sell which is in turn keeping volume low. Just the MM's and penny traders playing games with some light retail buys. Either of the 2 scenarios mentioned will drive the stock price upwards. IPIX has been trading for a penny or 2 on most days so the 3.5 cent jump today may indicate that either a deal is close or that initial P results are good. Could be both. Again, just my opinion.
