I see, QTMM has been downgraded from OTCQB to Pink on December 13, why no one has mentioned about it. In that case it will not be delisted. It is a good move, when all 4 reports are filed and meet listing requirement QTMM will be back in OTCQB. There no time limit when Stephen can file those reports, it could be next year.

Now I see why Stephen said the delay in filing helps to deal with those predatory lenders, the ramification is all the share holdings of those predatory lenders will be worthless. They better wake up and dismiss the lawsuit against QMC. Stephen is brilliant.
