I think he is waiting on Hexagon because that covers the name change, re-domicile and the share structure. Once that is done, he can do the audit but knocking out those 3 items are REALLY PR WORTHY and the PR train of deals can begin.
You don't want to water down the "deals" when all of the other admin stuff is still pending.
