I agree with this logic.
However I find it crazy that the most important administrative news to date in the history of the company is only being tweeted rather than PR'd. How many times did he PR the debt settlement agreement in the last year?
Berman doesn't have many more excuses that he get away with.

Right now all he is doing is checking off the boxes. Next comes Hexagon, Re-Domicile, Share reduction, Delaware and audit. Not necessarily in order but the ducks need to line up and then the financials will take over.
He needs to get the admin minutia behind him. Then he can focus on company growth.
This is still going to take some time, but he is knocking off the to do list one item at a time while still "selling".
He is a one man wrecking crew. Developing the organization once the stuff above is completed will be critical to ongoing growth of this company - UNLESS HE GETS A BUYOUT FIRST - not too far fetched.
