Also remember that if the stock had not been attacked by a gang of criminals with a lying article in Seeking Alpha and then followed on by criminal small trader gangs, the dilution would not have been as much as 26%. If the company had been able to sell stock in the 3-5 range where it belonged, the dilution would be la lot less than that -- probably way less than half. (Note: since this is speculation, I'm sure not going to go back and try to figure out what the dilution would have been at various price levels).
