My opinion on that is SFOR is not your typical OTC stock and the buyout, if applicable, would not work the way it would for many OTC stocks. I see the premium and realized value becoming higher, and we have Mark Kay as our CEO who was formely with JP Morgan. He will maximize shareholder value IMHO.
