Interesting idea ace. I suppose some sort of right of 1st refusal for buyout is possible. Certainly there have to be many well-connected people who have a grasp of the potential now with both the drivers of; standards compliance and traction with the PTAB. Imagine all the big players that are sitting up now paying attention after PTAB and the Alice pushback. If I had a giant business I'd want something like that right of 1st refusal for recognizing the potential earlier than others.
In the meantime, I think we've entered a fascinating point in time while we await the revenues to balloon over the course of this year. JMHO
