The market makers on the ask right now are:
OTCX: 79k
BMIC: 10K
I have never seen "OTCX" shown as a mm on any stock before. I couldn't find anything online about it. Looks like a generic designation- - sort of like the market maker is unknown and it just lists OTCX as a default.
As I remember BMIC was a market maker for some of the toxics. I have not seen them in play for a long time- not sure when they became active again.
I would guess maybe Dominion who is the $975k note that wasn't part of the tender Exchage and/or Chans note might be some of the selling the past few weeks. And then there has obviously been some shorting. I think anyone who shorts this stock under 10 cents is a fool. The time to short has long passed.
I think some people aren't certain the tender exchange is even going to be completed. In my mind this was done deal when it was announced 3 weeks ago- we should get a pr in the next couple days. This company is always late on everything, so I didn't expect we would hear anything until mid- late this week.
