NO longer happening next July Gary...has been delayed by 3-6 months....still dealing with rules and regulations and pricing and taxation....
But it is moving forward...I hear stuff every day living here...
In the province where I live they have already set up government run Cannabis stores...so the day is coming...just not when originally planned.
