The last sales price of our common stock as reported by the OTC Market on June 2, 2014 was $0.15 per share.
On June 3, 2014 , there were 475 holders of record.

just a reminder .. current CFO was hired in March 2014
fins' filed in due course that summer .. and courtesy of an actual investor's posts
(not mgmt) NR almost lost 20c .. due to NYSDEC permits issued (hence the
*volume* and PPS increase that would be *reset* back ... from memory PTOI got to 19c on the news of those permits)
edit .. reminder .. Jan 2014 6c reset from EOY 2013 *reset* of 10c .. and October 2014's reset to 5c (ACC Executive Summary released in * CON junction* with LONDON CALLING )
can you imagine what happens (and how PTOI gets handled) with the first round of monies exchanged (buyer to seller)
