What the Adam Henrys are implying Henry Klein is unhappy with how the case is going so files motions and he is the one delaying it.
So in the real world that means they are avoiding the facts, want to sanction him so they can move on and close Tecos doors.
On the other hand sanctioning Henry is as simple as the stroke of a pen. 3 years and they still haven't done it. More TD lies and Bullshit ? Absolutely.
I would hate to think the Hedgies are bribing a Fed Judge but worse things have happened we are finding of late.
