It wouldn't surprise me if the hedgefunds were bribing the judge in their favor just so they didn't need to cover FTD'S. On the other hand that would be bringing the case to another level. Is that what they are implying on Ihub? Are they bribing judges for best possible outcomes, purposeful delays or for ignoring the facts?
