Everything appears to be under control from the issuer side (I-ON) they are well within the time frame of 10K (2017) by March 31, 2018. I'm pretty sure they will or at least should put out guidance for 2018 and 2019 which will reflect decent organic and more importantly, acquisitive growth both in Seoul and elsewhere internationally.
