it looks like a great transaction for all shareholders involved most enterprise software companies listed on US trade at anywhere between 5 and 20x revenue depending on the growth. stock seems fairly valued at around $3.50, or 5-6x forward revenue in 6 months if the company hits its goals the stock can conceivably trade at $4-5/share. this is South Korea not the Philippines or Malaysia or China
