Dilution is an opinion. SB states he is not diluting. Q will tell. Don't believe those guys. Their in it for ego at this point and nothing else.
He can dilute ONCI but when this becomes Hexagon the share structure will be 4 billion AS with an OS count of around 2.4 billion.
