Why do you say smart buy? We are being diluted to death. Have you noticed OS is now stands around 3.9 Bil shares as of 1/31/18. This is why you see bashers at other board buzzing around because they know SB is diluting the stock. This practice has to stop other wise forget about .01 pps.
