The ruling was merit based in both courts. My point was Kansas and Florida would look at the same evidence that was presented and should arrive at the same conclusion. In essence being in concert with Texas rulings

There was no judicial overreach by the lower court.

Finally QMC/Mr. Squires can focus on the real business and have fewer distractions.
