I don't think so since they clearly stated they were only ruling on the items of the appeal.
The payments were clearly stated to have been made on time and the correct amount in this appeal opinion.
If that is the case, the courts in Kansas and Florida will have to rule only on the technical defaults of changing auditors, restating financials, or not registering shares (L2 and SBI claims of default).
