I never saw R&G was on contingency as BR is in writing. However, what I read in an 8-K is that some generous individual has loaned SFOR $2 million for legal defense fees. Also, according to that 8-K, that individual gets nothing if we lose in court. Even if we prevail, they only get 10% interest on their principal. Someone with deep pockets believes pretty strongly in the strength of our patents!
