That is correct. If Ropes & Gray had an ounce of doubt would they double their resources for this case? Would Blank Rome have agreed to halt their unrelated cases if they had any doubt?
Through 2016 settlement documents we already knew that Blank Rome was on contingency. Thank goodness Ropes & Gray must be as well because Strikeforce would not be able to sustain this kind of herculean litigation effort from a superstar lawfirm.
