you can always file a complaint with the SEC ..
i wish i thought it would accomplish something beyond a cursory review .. if that
Finra will tell you that they (NR) can bypass bids to *fill* (read feed) another *entity* (hence my common refrain .. that they all collude)
i do know that if enough investors' complain (i go thru Finra) .. every trade will get a week's review (back room observation due to queries)
the issue becomes getting folks to actually file complaints .. first with the SEC and then with Finra ..
https://www.sec.gov/complaint/select.shtml
this is why NR can almost always *outlast* legit OTC companies and their investors
i find it beyond telling that library books are tracked better than US Equities .. pretty much says it all

Infuriating that they did not fill my order, but filled one that was lower.
Anyone know who I should complain to? Is this an SEC complaint?
