non retail isn't retail .. it's that simple .. retail doesn't *collude* .. non retail and crews working various SMBs .. (stk msg boards) .. do collude .. and they do so by targeting .. retail .. which is why boards get infested .. and relentless PPS compression becomes NRs' only game left (due to their own actions specific to lack of liquidity) .. the only entities who benefit from a relentless PPS compression .. tend not to be retail investors
again as i've noted numerous times .. imo NRs' *goal* is to always reset the 52 week low .. most especially when upside down on a stock .. they trigger emotions
and some times phone calls get made to corporate trying to shake out some shares .. it's rare for retail not to cave when PPS is *worked* .. they either know what they are invested in .. or imo they have educated themselves to the by rote manipulation of the OTC
as i've also noted multiple times .. NR last *illegally* orchestrated IPIX *up* (of significance @ just under $5.00) at the EO (end of) 2014 .. and it took them about 8 months *to reset* that last round .. since that *effort* .. and mgmt's rather telling response .. most could argue that Innovation Pharma is in a far stronger position today .. then then ..
folks can argue whether IPIX (aka CTIX) ever deserved the almost $5.00 price tag of December 2014 .. or not .. but imo it misses the point .. every OTC stock (and by default the company) can become a target for NR .. to illegally manipulate
if one accepts that .. imo one learns the patterns .. to play those who rig the games .. even those who have a decent CB .. are upside down .. but as i've noted privately to others who've asked (for weeks now) .. this is being done to separate out those whose CB (cost basis) is significantly higher ..
