Starting at appx minute 5:00 - 5:20 of the WSC recording, Dr. Hirsch states management is taking appx 30% of market rates in cash compensation. The rest is in options and long term incentives.
I don't know if that answers the question but it's as close as any I've seen. I guess we could ask "how long are the options?" "are some maturing over the next X months?" I don't know. But to me, it's a very moot point. They seem to be underpaid and will make their money down the road. He reiterated how they are aligning themselves with shareholders and will return massive value to shareholders. That's enough for me.
