I'm wondering if anyone knows how management is paying itself in stock. If they're earning a fixed number of shares annually, or otherwise, they have an incentive to raise the share price. On the other hand, if they get a dollar amount of shares for a given time period, they receive far more shares by keeping the price low. Certainly they'll want the price up in time, but they may currently have an incentive for keeping their cards close to the vest.
