I am going to disagree here. Timestamp: They have concluded in-house requirements by EOM necessary to remove Caveat. Three parties involved: Board, Transfer agent and Attorney. Paperwork submitted. Control now out of hands of NTEK. Same with reduction of authorized shares. Paperwork submitted. Now up to State of Nevada to complete process. Again, control now out of hands of NTEK.

I believe these are very positive developments. NTEK staff is very very thin from an administrative standpoint. New Board makeup. New decisions.

I have no concerns about NTEK's technical expertise and creativity. They have shown their ability in spades.
