I am glad you are. I understand these things take time but why stamp it with a time frame like "by the end of the month" if you are not actually going to be able to do any of it by the end of the month? This letter tells me "We're still working on the stuff we promised by end of the month, but technically, we havent finished any of it yet"

Like I said: just dont put a time stamp on it if you are not certain! I would have been perfectly satisfied if they said "We expect to have this stuff sealed up by the end of the quarter" if they then actually did seal it up by that time. Its just about DOING what you SAY you are going to do!! Its not asking for much, its not bashing, its just asking for accountability. There is none!
