I cite the January 2nd Shareholder Update and numerous assertions by the CEO that selling shares would be necessary in order to pay off outstanding debts the company holds. Plain and simple. The O/S is nearly capped out against the A/S. The company has MORE SERIES E SHARES OUTSTANDING THAN THE ENTIRE VALUE OF THE COMMON A/S.
